Park Global Co. Ltd. trade as Happy Tours. This passion project is about giving independent travelers and families from all parts of the world a [different, local, new] way of travelling through city to city, town to town, transport to transport, and so on. The team at Happy Tours is committed to providing these great insights.
​Young Park - Director
Young is an innate adventurer which motivated this passion project - Happy Tours. Falling in love with New Zealand’s beauty when first moving from South Korea in 1996, he is ambitious to share his unique local perspective with the world. Originally trained as a veterinarian, he has worked in the animal health and agricultural industry. Since living in New Zealand he began his venture into tourism and marketing. He is passionate and interested in aspects of sightseeing that might typically go unnoticed within the journey taken by mass tourists. He has genuinely shared with many curious travellers ever since.
Initially living in the Northland region, Young moved to Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty in the year of 2000. He has directly worked with top tourist attraction companies like Agrodome and Polynesian Spa and maintains a well established working relationship with the rest of Rotorua Tourism. He’s a frequent wanderer into nature scenic walks and is always up for discovering new routes. He also manages a couple motels in central Rotorua.
